Transportation
Before shipping to the customer, our team of experts carries out rigorous preparation procedures for safe transportation. At this stage, our technical assistance checks and validates that the procedure has been carried out correctly.
Shipping
Once packed, the equipment is dispatched by the dispatch team, who check and ensure that the packaging is protecting the equipment so that it reaches its destination. without any damage.
Operational and technical training
Ebram distributors receive technical and operational training to install and train the laboratory's operational team how to handle the equipment correctly, as well as providing technical assistance for preventive and corrective maintenance quickly and effectively.
